Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GuruMantra website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated for the Poornawad Pariwar community founded on the philosophy of Dr. Ramchandra Pralhad Parnerkar. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must provide a valid mobile number to register, and may optionally provide an email address. You are responsible for verifying your details via OTP and for keeping your account information accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your login credentials and OTP confidential.
GuruMantra may suspend or terminate an account where information provided is found to be false, fraudulent, or where the account is used in violation of these Terms.
2. The Services We Provide
GuruMantra enables members of the Poornawad Pariwar to: create a digital profile and identity (ID) card; discover and book Abhishek seva at partner temples; receive booking confirmations and receipts; and access other community features as they are introduced from time to time. Features marked “Coming soon” are not yet available and may change before launch.
3. Bookings & Payments
Abhishek seva bookings are subject to availability at the relevant temple and confirmation by the temple/Guruji. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner; GuruMantra does not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.
Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a booking, as bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
4. Your Digital ID Card
The digital ID card generated within the Service is provided for convenience and identification within the Poornawad Pariwar community. It is not a government-issued identity document and should not be used as a substitute for one. Each ID card and its QR code are unique to the member it is issued to and must not be shared, duplicated, or used to impersonate another member.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information during registration or booking;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or impersonate another person;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Spiritual & Religious Content Disclaimer
GuruMantra facilitates the booking and administration of Abhishek seva and related community activities on behalf of partner temples and Gurujis; it does not itself perform religious rituals. Content relating to Poornawad philosophy, the Six Pillars, and related teachings is provided for informational and community purposes and reflects the teachings associated with Dr. R. P. Parnerkar Maharaj.
7. Intellectual Property
The GuruMantra name, logo, and all associated branding, design, and content (excluding content you submit) are the property of Poornawad Pariwar and its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for payments, SMS, email, and WhatsApp notifications, and address lookup. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors originating from these third-party providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues that affect your use of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuruMantra and Poornawad Pariwar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any loss arising from temple scheduling changes outside our control.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request deletion of your account, at any time by contacting us as described below.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
