• Profile photo — if you choose to upload one, for your digital ID card.
• Booking information — temple, date, and amount for any Abhishek seva you book.
• Payment information — handled directly by our payment partner; we receive only the payment status and transaction reference, never your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device type, and app usage logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

• To create and maintain your profile and digital ID card;
• To verify your identity via mobile/email OTP;
• To process and confirm Abhishek seva bookings and generate receipts;
• To send booking, account, and service notifications via SMS, email, or WhatsApp;
• To auto-fill city/state from your PIN code;
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service and prevent fraud or abuse;
• To improve our Service based on aggregated, non-identifying usage trends.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Our payment processing partner, to complete Abhishek seva bookings;
• Our SMS, email, and WhatsApp messaging providers, solely to deliver OTPs and notifications you are expecting;
• The specific temple/Guruji for a booking you make, limited to what is needed to fulfil that booking (e.g. your name and booking date);
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and restricted internal access to personal data — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our security practices.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (such as financial record-keeping for completed payments), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may access, correct, or update your profile information at any time from within the app. You may also request a copy of your data, or request that we delete your account and associated personal information, by contacting us as described below, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, completed payment records).

Our website uses essential cookies and similar technologies required for sign-in sessions and basic site functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

The Service is intended for use by adults registering on behalf of themselves or their family. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
