Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid bookings made through GuruMantra, including Abhishek seva bookings at our partner temples.

1. No Refund, No Cancellation

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded, regardless of reason. This is because each Abhishek seva is scheduled in advance with a specific temple and Guruji on your behalf, and resources are committed as soon as your booking is confirmed.

We encourage you to carefully review the temple, date, and amount before completing payment.

2. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If money is deducted from your account but your booking is not confirmed (for example, due to a payment gateway or network error), or if you are charged more than once for the same booking due to a technical error, this is not covered by the “No Refund” rule above. Please contact us with your payment reference and we will investigate and process an appropriate correction or refund for the erroneous transaction.

3. Temple-Side Cancellations

In the rare event that a partner temple or Guruji is unable to perform a confirmed Abhishek seva on the scheduled date (for reasons outside your control), we will work with the temple to either reschedule your seva or process a refund for that specific booking.

For any payment-related concern covered under Sections 2 or 3 above, please reach out via our Contact Us page with your booking ID and payment reference, and we will respond as soon as possible.
